This series of practical workshops will take you from seed to vase, teaching you which flowers to grow and how. Each workshop covers a different topic with the final being cutting and arranging the flowers you have learned to grow. Workshops can be booked individually, or enroll in all three to experience the full journey as a mini course.

WORKSHOP 1: GROW YOUR OWN CUT FLOWERS - SEED SOWING

In the first workshop, we will have a look at the Root Connections cutting garden and you will learn which flowers we grow for bouquets and why. You will then be taken into the propagation tunnel to learn top tips for success looking at equipment needed and also learn about pricking out and potting on. You will then sow some different varieties of flowers. You will go away with three different flower seeds in a mini propagator that you have sown to take home. 

 Refreshments and hand outs included. 

Please note this is an outside workshop so weather appropriate clothing and footwear is recomended.
